# Supply the Only Fully-Patented, Peer-Reviewed Chemical-Free Pool System
We work with a curated network of the UK's leading pool builders. If you share our commitment to water quality, client care, and getting away from outdated chemical systems — we'd like to hear from you.
## The next generation of pool water.
Origin Aqua was founded by pool builders who knew there had to be a better way. After ten years of R&D with Cranfield University and the University of the West of England — and peer-reviewed publication in Nature Water — Mineral+Biome® now stands alone as the only fully-patented, scientifically-verified chemical-free pool filtration system in the world.
We supply through a select group of the UK's most reputable pool businesses. Our partners don't just install a product. They offer their clients something no chlorine, salt, or generic mineral system can match. [See the full technology →](http://www.origin-aqua.com/technology?hsLang=en)

Spa & Wellness Resorts
A growing number of luxury hotels and celebrity homes now choose mineral systems, with some industry estimates suggesting over 30% of new high-end residential pool builds opt for low-chlorine or chlorine-free water treatment.
Celebrity Endorsed
Celebrities like Kate Winslet use our Mineral+Biome pool filter, and are forever enjoying the softer water feel, reduced chemical smell, and spa-like experience.
Win higher value projects
In the commercial pool industry, trade surveys have shown that 60% of pool builders say offering mineral, chlorine-free options helps them win higher-value projects, as clients increasingly associate mineral water systems with premium quality and wellness.
## What you get
Every Origin Aqua partner receives a complete system and support package to install and support Mineral+Biome® with confidence:
- **Full system supply** — filter unit, IoT control panel, UV system, pumps, backwash valve, pre-assembled pipework sets, and a full year's bio-mineraliser supply. Everything needed for a complete, professional install.
- **Technical training** — remote, on-site, and at our Gloucestershire R&D facility. You learn the system thoroughly before you install a single unit.
- **UK water scientists on call** — direct access to our technical team for water chemistry questions, system queries, and client support. Not a helpline. Actual scientists.
- **Sales and marketing support** — branded assets, case studies, and materials that help you win and retain high-value clients.
- **Qualified sales leads** — from year two, Origin Aqua shares enquiries from homeowners, architects, and developers directly with partners in your area.
- **24/7 remote monitoring** — the IoT control system flags anomalies automatically. Your clients get peace of mind. You get backup.
- **Fleet management dashboard** — a live overview of every pool in your portfolio. Combined with a partner knowledge base and integrated ticketing system, so nothing falls through the cracks.
### Builders who go further
We are selective about our partners because the quality of every installation reflects on the technology and on your reputation.
We look for pool builders and installers who:
- Build high-end residential or commercial projects where water quality matters to the client
- Are ready to move away from chlorine and legacy chemical systems
- Commit to supporting their end clients through the life of the installation
- Want to invest in proper training — not a two-page instruction sheet
### The eight-stage onboarding
From first conversation to your first install:
1. Initial enquiry — you or us
2. Introductory call with the Origin Aqua team
3. Full system specification, pricing, and brochure review
4. Distribution agreement
5. First project planning and pre-install support
6. Post-install review with our technical team
7. Joint case study and marketing
8. Ongoing technical training (remote, on-site, or at Origin Aqua HQ in Gloucestershire)
Partners agree not to supply competing natural or chemical-free filtration systems. We do not require geographic exclusivity.
Partners can continue to supply chlorine and salt water systems alongside Mineral+Biome®. The only condition: partners agree not to supply competing natural or chemical-free filtration systems. We do not require geographic exclusivity.

### Remove all chemicals from your pool installs.
Offer your prospects fully chlorine-free mineral pools. Operators can now rely on natural minerals and biological filtration to keep the water clear. Many swimmers say the water feels like a natural lake or spa than a standard pool.
